Will Swinton Poll Match Increased Interest?

Citizens Association candidates are contesting every Ward into tomorrow’s Swinton Urban Council election and it is hoped they will be a heavy Poll to correspond with increased interest in local affairs in the town. In all Wards the retiring Labour Councillors are seeking re-election.
