At St. Margaret’s Church, Swinton, on Saturday, the wedding took place of Miss Dorothy Irene Haigh, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. L. Haigh, of 144, White Lee Road, Swinton, and Mr. Charles Frederick Mullin, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. G. F. Mullin, of 31, Walgrave Street, Hull.

The Rev. T. G. Rogers officiated at the ceremony.

The bride who was given away by her father, wore a light blue costume trimmed with American Opossum and fuchsia hat and accessories. She had a spray of anemones. She was attended by Miss M. Beech who was attired in a grey costume with blue hat and accessories. The bridegroom’s gift to the bridesmaid was a hand bag.

The best man was Dr. J. E. Sprinit. The bride’s mother attended in a saxe blue hat with coat and dress to tone. A reception was held after the ceremony at the bride’s home.
