Miss Mary Ainley, only daughter of Mr. Ainley and the late Mrs. Ainley, of 27, Brookfield Avenue, Swinton, was married at Caxton Hall, London, on October 18th to Private Peter Riou. of the Canadian Army, son of Mr. and Mrs. Guillaume Riou, of Duck Lake, Saskatchewan, Canada.

The bride was dressed in blue and wore a sheath of orchids. Mr. and Mrs. Riou are to make their home in Canada after the war.
