A warrant was issued at Rotherham Wes! Riding Police Court, on Monday for the arrest of Joseph Phillips, 36, miner, of 4, Poplar Grove, Swinton, it being alleged he had stolen a black pomeranian dog, valued £1, on April 13th, the property of Harry Norman, of Sydney Street, Swinton.
