Unmuzzled Dog at Swinton
Edward Fillingham, of Swinton, was summoned for having allowed his dog to be at large without being muzzled and without a collar on at Swinton, on the 7th inst.
P.c. Hewitt stated that about 3-20 on the afternoon of the day named, he was on duty at Roman Terrace, Swinton, when he saw the defendant’s dog in the street. The animal had neither a muzzle nor collar on.
The magistrates fined the defendant 2s. 6d. and costs.
