Swinton Cricket Club’s newly improved enclosure was formally opened on Sunday by Mr. J. A. Hall, C.B.E., J.P., Divisional Welfare Officer.

He looks on as Mr. W. H. Sales and Mr. J. Ford who had chosen teams for a cricket match, toss for choice of innings. Also In the picture are Coun. and Mrs. W. Bentham.
