Swinton Brothers

Private Edward Pugh (K.O.Y.L.I.) (below left) of 149 Queen St, Swinton, has been badly lacerated by barbed wire at the Front, and is now in hospital in Nottingham.

His brother, Pioneer A. Pugh (Royal Engineers) (below right) has been serving in France 12 months.
