Private Rawson, youngest son of Councillor and Mrs. J. Rawson, 41, Wath Road, Swinton, .who enlisted last July and went to France in April, was captured on April 12, and is now a prisoner in Germany.

Before enlistment he worked at the Kilnhurst Steel Works.

His brother was discharged from the Army last January.
