Private Goodman, 22, Wortley Avenue, Swinton, has been missing since August, 1915, when he took part in the landing at Suvla Bay.

His father, Mr. Isaac Goodman, has just received official notification of his presumed death.

Pte. Goodman was 20 years of age, and before enlistment was employed at Manvers Main.
