Killed In North Africa

Mrs. D. Fallon of 26, Kirby Street, has received news that her husband, Gnr. Dominick Fallon (35), son of Mr. and Mrs C. Fallon, 30 Kirby Street, has been killed in North Africa.

Gnr. Fallon had been in the Army for four years, 18 months of which were spent in North Africa.  Before joining up, he worked for Messrs. Weaver’s builders of Mexborough, and was an old boy of the National School.

He leaves a widow, a son, aged 8, and a baby which he has never seen.
