Riding a Bicycle Without Giving Warning.
Beniah Daniels was charged with riding his bicycle and not giving warning at Swinton, on the 18th April.
The case had been adjourned several times, owing to illness in the police-officer’s family.
The latter now stated that he my defendant ride quickly past three vehicles without giving any warning at all. He had a whistle in his pocket, but did not use it—
Beniah had to pay 2s. 6d. and costs.
