Nursing Success

Miss Gwendolyn Flinton, only daughter of Mr and Mrs H.R. Flinton, 38 Manor Rd, Swinton, has passed the final examination of the State Register of Sick Children’s Nurses.

A former pupil of Queen Street School and the Russell Commercial School, Mexborough, Miss Flinton has for three years been training at Sheffield Children’s Hospital.

She is at present a staff nurse of the plastic unit there.
