Mr. Don Barnes, President of the Swinton branch of N.A.L.G.O. presents a gold watch to Mr. Harold Goodwin, Engineer and Surveyor of Swinton Urban Council for 40 years who is retiring this week. On the extreme right is Mr. Stanley White, a rent collector for the Council for 13 years, who received an electric clock from the branch to mark his retirement.
