Swinton Man’s Petition in the Divorce Court.
In the Divorce Court yesterday William Henry Beacham, engine driver, of William Street, Swinton, was granted decree nisi on account of his Wife’s misconduct with a man named John Hayes, a railway fireman. It was stated that the co-respondent came the house as lodger.
The petitioner heard him swearing at the youngest child and told him would have to go.
His wife said that if he went she would with him.
When Hayes left the respondent went with him and took the children.
They went to live at Mexbro’ .
