Old stalwarts of Messrs. Hattersley Brothers, Queen’s Foundry, Swinton, receiving cheques from the firm and workmates in appreciation of long service are Mr. Arthur Foss and Mr. Fred Ashley.

Mr. Frank Young, secretary and Director, is presenting the cheque on behalf of the firm, and Mr. W. Gibson, secretary of the branch of the National Union of Stove, Grate and General Metal Workers, on behalf of the workmen.
