For The Best Allotment

Swinton Allotment Council presented their first trophy on Sunday, the “Harrop” trophy, won by Mr. Walter Roebuck, 2, Temperance, Street, Swinton. Presenting the cup to Mr. Roebuck is Mr. E. Simister (Chairman of the Allotment Council).

Also in the group are Mr. W. Ingham, Mr, E. Thompson, Mr. L. Firth, Mr. G. Mitchell and Mr. R. Roebuck.
