Rotherham Police Court
Drunk at Kilnhurst.
Benjamin Spencer, of Kilnhurst, was summoned for having been drunk at Kilnhurst on the 24th alt.
Police-constable Watson proved the case.
A fine of 5s. and costs was imposed.
Drunk at Denaby
Morrell Norman and James Thompson, of Denaby, was summoned for being drunk at Denaby on the 24th ult.
Police constable Midgley was the officer in the case.
The magistrates fined each defendant 5s and costs.
Drunk at Wath
John Manghan, of Wath, miner, was summoned for having been drank at Wath on the 24th alt.
Police-constable Pennon stated that he found the defendant drunk on the highway at was, on the 24th tilt
lnspector Hunt said the defendant bad three convictions recorded against him, all of which was for gambling.
A fine of 5s. and costs was imposed
Drunk at Swinton
John William Middleton, of Mexborough, was charged with being drunk at Swinton on the 8th Inst.
Police-constable Danby apprehended the prisoner on account of his drunken condition.
A fine of 3s and costs was imposed.
