Swinton Families Handsome Contribution – Seven Sons

Mr and Mrs Sykes of 57, Charles Street, Swinton, have given seven sons to the Forces, and two of them have fallen in the service of the country.

The eldest, private Abraham Sykes (Seaforth Highlanders), is 45 years of age. (picture, top centre)
