Mexborough v, Swinton.
If it had not been for their captain, George Price, Swinton would have fared very badly against their neighbours, Mexborough, in this old feast fixture.
When he came in Swinton were only 56 for six, but Price livened the batting, and making the top score of his aide, carried the total to 84.
