Miss E Giddings, daughter of Mr and Mrs Giddins, of Swinton, has been appointed staff nurse at Lord Derby’s military hospital, Warrington, her services having been accepted by the War Office for home or foreign duties.

She was for 4 years on the nursing staff of the Rotherham Union Infirmary, and has just relinquished that appointment in order to take up nursing
